Passionately curious from childhood onwards about what’s happening in the world, breakthroughs (on whatever topic) and why people sometimes get stuck in their thinking.  I loathe cruelty, the abuse of power and wilful stupidity.  I’m also a Quaker.

Now retired, I spent most of my working life as the Director of a small careers counselling consultancy.  We helped our often very gifted clients to discover precisely what they wanted from their working and non-work lives - and how to get it.    

Palestine, Israel and how the futures of both states have been derailed by external powers became a central concern to me mainly after the unbridled savagery of Israel’s response to the 7 Oct 2023 incursion by Hamas.  I enjoy research and hope the information tracked down will help to stop the killing.
